The Smart Buildings Center and The City of Seattle are offering a free workshop for participants that have previously benchmarked their commercial and multi-family properties.Ā This hands-on session will teach you how to make annual updates to your building’s energy performance using the free on-line tool ENERGY STARĀ® Portfolio Manager. Participants will also learn tips to make their energy score as accurate as possible, learn how to use the data to track their energy performance overtime, and will be introduced to the “beyond benchmarking” with a viewing of tools, resources, and utility incentive programs that can help them achieve energy savings.
