Our large conference room is perfect for your next board meeting. With state-of-the-art audio-visual capabilities, it boasts a 20 person live edge sequoia wood table, and is best for meetings of 20 or fewer participants. The room is approximately 600 sq ft.
AV Capabilities
The display system consists of three 70” LCD monitors. Wired display sources can operate both VGA with audio and HDMI connections at either end of the wood table. In addition to the wired sources, there are three wireless connections that allow multiple users to connect to the projectors with a laptop, tablet or smart phone.
For sound and video quality, three hanging ceiling microphones and ceiling speakers provide sound reinforcement, while compound microphones identify source audio and mute other sound to maximize the listeners’ experience. The video conferencing system has a fully controllable HD camera to capture the entire room or zoom in on particular individuals.
Control of the entire system is via a touch panel mounted on the table that controls all AV equipment including on/off, volume control, the HD camera, and source selection.
