February 21, 2018 By SBC

Pacific Tower-Smart Buildings Center Training Room–Wednesday, March 21st, 2018–11:00am-2:00pm

Does your building have a cooling tower?  If you do, you need to attend the March 21st Workshop on “What’s new with cooling tower operations and maintenance,” presented by Seattle Public Utilities Water Conservation Program.  SPU has been providing incentives and education to the local community for many years.  After the Cooling Tower Incentive Program Pilot, and a few years of experience and data, combined with new products, the team and customers have lots of information to share.

Join Seattle-area chemical treatment providers, equipment vendors, property and facility managers, building engineers, and other cooling tower professionals as well as customers who may potentially be interested in participating in cooling tower-related incentives.

Attendees will learn about new innovations, incentivized equipment upgrades and new technologies to improve systems and save money.  There will be lots of shared experiences from customers large and small who are using best practices in Cooling Tower Maintenance.  There will be a tour of the Pacific Tower cooling tower.   Also, in partnership with the  Smart Buildings Center and NEEC, this workshop will count toward 1.5 continuing education hours for BOC Credential Maintenance.
