Register now for a power-packed session that offers the industry a better understanding of the nuts and bolts, and ultimately improved quality, of multifamily energy modeling for LEED projects. Seasoned instructors Alistair Jackson and David Reddy will impart wisdom and insider tips for modeling multifamily New Construction (NC). Content will include the typical timeline of modeling milestones, documentation requirements, common reviewer comments, tips for using modeling to optimize energy efficiency, and insight for non-analysts seeking to coordinate effectively on LEED projects. You won’t want to miss this valuable opportunity.
Who should attend: This training primarily targets beginning and mid-level energy modelers. Non-practitioners who coordinate with LEED energy modelers as part of design, real estate development, energy consulting or public permit review and funding may also wish to attend the training.
Post training information session: For those who are interested to stay after the training, Seattle City Light and Seattle Department of Construction and Inspections will outline benefits in permitting, funding, and FAR that are available to some projects on the basis of LEED Energy and Atmosphere whole building modeling results.
Cost: $125 ; Registration: https://leedmultifamilymodeling.bpt.me/
