This position is eligible for a High Demand Stipend. All Adjunct and Moonlighting Faculty will receive an additional $6.00 per contact hour. This agreement is in effect through June 30, 2025.
The Adjunct Facility Maintenance Instructor is responsible for providing high quality industry standard education to students in a manner that prepares successful program graduates for entry-level employment in the Facilities Maintenance Engineer field. Specific instructional responsibilities include building care and maintenance, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and boiler certification.
BATES TECHNICAL COLLEGE maintains a vacancy pool of qualified faculty interested in temporary teaching positions. Adjunct (part-time) faculty are responsible for preparing and providing instruction for students in the classroom. This part-time position may become available at any time and is typically filled on a quarterly basis.
