WA Clean Buildings Performance Standard—The Washington State Department of Commerce is in the process of implementing the new Clean Building Performance Standard law, which applies to commercial buildings 50,000 SF or larger. The State has sent notification letters to building owners that likely need to comply. Administrative rules and compliance information can be found on the state’s Clean Building Portal webpage.
